Baskets have been made maybe hundreds of thousands years, when ancient people needed place to storage food and carry things with them. I use baskets almost every, I keep my knitting projects in baskets and pick mushrooms!
This year 2024 my employer organisazion Taito has chosen basket weaving as the craft technique of the year. I have been very happy and interested of that, because I love baskets and weaving.
